LOOK AGAIN.

This RECORD is not asking you to change your mind. Only to look again.

Nothing inside these pages was invented. It was recognized.

50 YEARS.

50 $HIZMZ.

RECORD 001.

Cesar Gallardo turned 50. RECORD 001 holds 50 $HIZMZ—a record of perspective recognized through lived experience.

IIWhat a $HIZM is

A deposit of perspective.

A $HIZM is what survives the audit. A deposit of perspective, recognized under pressure, that compounds in value the longer you live with it.

$HIZM 025

Your life... is always answering a question.

Observe
Every choice responds to something. Even when you don't know what the question is.
Recognize
How you spend. How you speak. How you love. How you lead. How you leave. They're all answers. The quality of your life is rarely determined by the answers you give. It's determined by the questions you've been living.
Apply
Then let your next decision... show that you heard the answer.

AuditWhat question has my life been answering... that I've never intentionally asked?

$HIZM 039

Your ceiling... is usually made from yesterday's certainty.

Observe
It worked before. That's evidence. It isn't a lifetime guarantee. The method that solved one problem... can become the rule that prevents you from seeing the next one.
Recognize
Experience should sharpen your judgment... not exempt it from examination. Keep what still earns its place. Revise what no longer does.
Apply
Yesterday's answer shouldn't have permanent authority... over today's evidence.

AuditWhat belief or method am I defending because it once worked, and what small test would show whether it still does?

IVFor the Record

Cesar Gallardo

I coined the word $HIZM because I needed a name for something I kept doing naturally: taking an experience, turning it over until I could see what it was teaching me, and reducing what remained to a sentence I could carry with me.

Sometimes the thought came from something somebody said. Sometimes from what they didn’t. A contradiction. A mistake. A pattern. A relationship. A win. A loss. Something that made me stop long enough to look again.

When the thought became clear enough to keep, it became a $HIZM.

THE RECORD CONTINUES.
