Aligned Elements was not created after everything fell neatly into place.
It was built while Cesar and Jennifer Gallardo were raising a blended family, strengthening their marriage, managing businesses, developing creative work, navigating pressure, and learning how to make the many parts of life move together.
They discovered that hard work is not always the problem. Sometimes, the problem is misalignment.
